Can’t to change certificate background img

Also, this may be related to caching. Do you have any caching plugin enabled on your site?

We disabled our caching plugin. Error saves.

And heading (h1) doesn’t change to.

Can you please provide us with screenshots? These are very helpful, as well as your LifterLMS System Report. You will need to use services like Dropbox, or Pastebin to share screenshots, system reports, and logs.

This may be a theme setting.

Could you try reverting to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and let us know if this issue still occurs?

Also, are you saying the image saves fine now?

There isn’t any problem with sertificate page, what I can linked from admin.

But student’s sertificate page has two problems:

1. Can’t change sertificate image (after upload of new image — it didn’t change on the page)

2. Text from WYSIWUG doesn’t show on sertificate, except Merge Codes.

After install default theme — no changes.
