Can’t top up wallet

    Hi,

    After installing and configuring the plugin, it’s not possible for a customer top up their wallet from the My Account page. After entering an amount and clicking on Proceed, the customer is directed to the basket page where the amount eneterd is crossed out and reset to 0.00.

    We are using Stripe as our payment system.

    Any help with this would be much apprecieted.

    Hello,

    Thank you for using our plugin,

    To top up the balance you have to follow these steps:
    Click on add balance > Enter amount > click on proceed > you will be redirected to checkout page > place order

    After placing the order admin have to update your order status to completed. Once these steps are done your wallet will be topped up.

    I request you to please share a short video of the error you are facing so that we can assist you in a better way
