Can't track orders

I just noticed something: WooCommerce’s track order functionality doesn’t work with this plugin. Customers are entering the order # that’s assigned via this plugin, but apparently WooCommerce is trying to track the order based on the internal post ID. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
