Can't track orders – statuses error

  • Hi,

    I am having a problem tracking orders. Even after I have done everything right: I have all the status set up, set up orders and the number.

    Below is the message that is displayed:-
    There are no order statuses for tracking number: 234.

    Please help as none of my customers can track their orders.
