    Hi dev,

I’m testing TranslatePress on a staging site. The only thing I still can’t translate is Fluent Forms’ confirmation and error messages.

I followed your guide, but those strings are not detected by TranslatePress.

Issue occurs on the subscription form in the sidebar. Feel free to run a test using a fake email address.

For some reason TranslatePress detects those strings on the Fluent Form contact form on contact page. Feel free to run a test there as well.

    Hi,

There is only a newsletter form in the sidebar. Is this the one you’re talking about?
Also, TranslatePress seems to not be active anymore on the site. If you want to investigate the issue, you should reactivate the plugin and give me more insides about how to test.

Yes, I’m talking about that form you mentioned. TranslatePress is installed on a staging clone. Can I privately send you an admin access and more info about the issue? If so, how?

I know this is a free support, so feel free to say no.

    Hi,

The rules of the forum prohibit sending credentials. You can attach illustrative screenshots of the issue.
Or, try to contact us on https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/ where to mention you already reach us on the free forum (you should add the link to this conversation also in the ticket you will create on our website), in order to investigate in detail.
