• I used RankMath in one of my websites and I had a good experience, so I decided to pay the pro version for one of my biggest websites and start using the plugin.

Everything went well the first day, until I realised that when I installed the plugin my author and categories page broke. I recovered an old back up and I was able to confirm that the issues started when I installed the plugin.

I reached out to their support and their were not helpful at all. They answered each 4/5 hours, and the only thing they did is tried to tell that it was not a plugin issue (even if I sent more than 3 videos showing how the plugin was breaking my URLs).

I manage more than 30 websites. This shows me I can’t trust in RankMath as a plugin, because, the day I will have an issue, they wont be there for me.

    Hello @genaropalma,

Sorry that the experience with the plugin has not been the best.

The issues you are referring to here were related to a plugin conflict that we mentioned in the ticket you opened in our forums.

Our team debugged the issue on the website and found out that the translation plugin you were using is not compatible with our plugin as it doesn’t let us hook correctly into the wp_head hook to perform the necessary redirections and loading of data on the author archive pages.

Regarding the response time we do apologize for that, but for technical issues sometimes we need to take more time to perform the debugging and be able to pinpoint the exact issue without simply telling the user it’s a plugins conflict. We prefer to take more time but give some insights exactly on what and why the issue is happening in the hopes that it allows for the conflicting plugin to have a chance of fixing it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we hope that the explanations given in the ticket at least served to elucidate you more on the issue.
