• I would give it a 5 but it asks EVERY TIME to rate it. Dismissing the notice is not permanent. It comes up constantly and it is HUGE.

I have written multiple times to ask to have this fixed and have not received a reply so I rate support a zero.

    Fix this please.

I’m sorry, that you’re having problems. But please understand that I’m not able to fix something, that is not broken. It works fine on my testing machine, on all my own websites and on all the websites I manage for clients. Plus it seems to work fine for thousands of users.

As I wrote you back via email two weeks ago the banner should not be huge – I’ve sent you a screenshot. Also it should be possible to close it forever.

So there must be a conflict wit another plugin you’re using. If you like, you could disable the plugins one by one and try to find out which one causes the problem. Maybe it’s possible for me to solve the conflict.

The faster solution would be to temporarily disable all other plugins, close the banner and reactivate all other plugins.

    Regards,
    Peter

I have the exact issue, it is very annoying, and it is indeed VERY BIG. The javascript functions behind the links and buttons on your banners are just not firing (javascript:void(0)). I use Firefox, and the console does not show any errors, so there are no js conflicts.

I suggest you do some more experimenting in combining with popular js-heavy plugins, such as clearfy, Autoptimize and Elementor. Maybe some name conflict in js objects?

You can not expect users to do that for you.
    Appreciating the plugin, though ??

Yes, I can expect that. I do all of this in my free time and without asking a single cent for it. You can’t expect me to take care of every plugin combination that might happen. If this plugin were to be paid for, it would of course be different…

I’ll take a look at this one time, but it would be quicker if you helped me. I’m not able to guess which plugins you use. I need your help for this.

Please open a support ticket for that. This here is only for reviews, not for support requests.

    Regards,
    Peter

Hi Peter, I am having the same problem with my accordion FAQ app. I have a screenshot but can’t send it here for some reason. I read that this is not your job, but could you please send me to the right place? I can’t find the plugin contact info. Thanks
I can’t close the window and the only link that works is the leave a review … so I did, but that hasn’t helped. thanks for anything you can do.

What I do is quite simple, I follow the link and give them my feedback – 1 star, with an additional explanation why I do that. That for sure will make them (and every other plugin author) stop annoying the users.
