I can’t turn off under construction.

I didn’t have a Cache plugin installed. I installed WP super cache and cleared the cache but had no luck. I cleared my browser cache but no luckk. I tired a Ctrl F5 but no luck. I disabled and deleted the cache plugin but no luck. I disabled and deleted your plug in that just got rid of the styling and images, the under construction text was still there. The guide from my host on how to delete wordpress cache instructed me to install WP super cache.

What can I do next to bring my site out of under construction mode?

If you’re 100% sure the plugin is deleted from your site, then you’ll have to contact the hosting provider again and ask them to clear the cache because once the plugin has been deleted the only thing that can keep it “on” is the cache.

I reinstalled and deleted again and it appears to be completely gone now. Thank you for the support.

    Okay so I am back.

It seems that the website works using my browser when I log out of wordpress. However if I use a private window or a another machine is still says under construction. At this point I have your plug in and my cache plug in deactivated and installed.

I have contacted my web host and they have informed me they don’t cache sites so there is nothing to clear on their end.

Were you able to resolve this issue?
