• My site looks normal but there is no text in any of my pages or posts from my dashboard. I am also unable to type a new post. By looking at other posts I have tried
    A different theme
    A different browser
    Clearing my cache
    Disabling all my plug ins
None of these have worked and I don’t think I have the capability or understanding for some of the other solutions I have read.
Please can you suggest a solution.

If you look in the browser’s error console, are there any?

Since TinyMCE is the editor, that’s pretty much the problem. Let’s start by trying to reinstall it. From the Dashboard, select “updates” then “reinstall wordpress”. Maybe it’s just a missing file.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

All plug in deactivated and theme 2017 installed. It hasn’t made any difference.

Using FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager app, download wp-config.php. Edit the file, and then re-upload.

    HTTP error 401

    Invalid Security Token

The requested URL does not contain your session’s correct security token.

You may have reached this error by copying and pasting a URL from a different cPanel, WHM, or Webmail session into your browser’s address bar. To resolve this situation, please take one of the following steps:

Go back one page and reload the URL, making sure that the /cpsess … / section of the URL remains the same.
Re-enter your account’s password below. This will assign your session a new security token. This new token will prevent you from using other pages of this application that may be open in other tabs.
    Request information

    Requested page: 403.shtml

I have found the file I think but it will not download. When I try to view it I get this.
