Can't understand how to use this plugin

It really looks like a great plugin, but no matter what option I tried, I can’t make the slider work properly.
I want only one post at a time, with pagination, automatically sliding to the next post (5 overall)I also don’t understand:
Max number of posts/pages – overall/ at a time?
Items – what is that mean?
Slide Move – what is that mean?Thank you for your help
