can’t uninstall and install

    I accepted the 7 day-trail and started having problems of connection between the site and Jetpack. Now I can’t see my entries… Please restore everything, I can’t find any way to do it myself. It even changed my website domain (the name was relatosdejulieta.wordpress.com. I want everything the way it was T-T

    Hi. It hasn’t. I can see my entries, but I have this annoying message above that reads that Jetpack isn’t active. I also wanted my website’s address to be like it used to and no one has helped me with that yet. Even though the trial finished, I still have those 2 problems.

    Hi @shamanik, based on the URL https://relatosdejulieta.wpcomstaging.com/ , it looks like the site had a Creator plan which allowed the use of third-party plugins, but once the trial expired, the access to those options was removed. Since the site was hosted at WordPress.com, you’ll want to contact them on their support forum at https://wordpress.com/forums/.
