Can’t uninstall (deactivate from network and delete) from a multisite

no error in the admin page, just i can not deactivate it

Please enable the WordPress debug.log file.
?Try to deactivate it again and then send me the debug.log file. It should contain the exact error which is preventing MashShare from being deactivated.
