• This may sound strange.

I setup a WordPress site through BlueHost which installs their own (BlueHost) plug-in plus a few others including Jetpack.

I’ve uninstalled the BlueHost and the other default one. But no how many times I deactivate and uninstall Jetpack it keeps reapearing. Sometimes within a few minutes but always within a day.

Is this just me? I have contacted BlueHost and they said they are not aware of anyone else having this issue.

  • Have you tried to manually delete the plugin files via FTP?

I’ve use the File Manager and went to the Plug-In directory to make sure there is not Jetpack directory/folder. Should I be looking somewhere else?

I’m going to call BlueHost again tonight, but I can’t figure out why this keeps reappearing.

So far I’ve worked with four different BlueHost support people. Each has told me problem solved and the Plug-In has been removed.

It always comes back within an hour.
