Uncheck from all of the categories and you’ll be unsubscribe.

You could also enable the “One Click Subscribe / Unsubscribe option in Subscribe2->Settings, that puts two buttons on the profile page to easily Subscribe to or Unsubscribe from all categories in one click instead of 2.
