can’t update ads invalid data

    Hi
    I change server and plugin stopped worked.
    I already test everything at server, no errors (known) .. I disable all firewall / protections, cache, cloudflare … everything
    The plugin doesnt load data from original DB that has data ads … when I try save, it return error message… sometimes, if I change some options, save with successfull

    no erros in console… I already tried in anonymous browser, another browser, etc

    I would like some tip….
    wp: 5.2.4
    ad-inserter: 2.5.7
    php 7.2
    mysql 5.7
    nginx
    php-fpm

    :: I installed version 2.5.2 and save OK, but original data not load yet…

    If the settings page does not load then you need to check for javascript errors or other issues that prevent loading of the page.
    Maybe you can try in another browser. Try also to clear cookies.

    If you can’t save settings then this might be due to failed data integrity checks. The plugin checks the checksum of the data sent and if the check fails it reports error.

    If the only change was new server then you need to check there. Maybe some security setting is preventing saving of the code. Maybe you should ask hosting company for help.

    So …I already did everything this… I would like a special support to find the problem.. I already install more than 5000 servers, with same setup… neve any plugin had this problem type… ??

    javascript erros: no
    server security: all disabled (iptables, nginx, varnish, modesecurity)
    cookies : clear all time
    browser: tested in firefox, chrome, normal, anonymous …

    Same problem here. Plugin is latest version, 2.5.7. Error message says: “Invalid data received – Ad Inserter settings not saved.” When clicking “save settings”, page loads but settings are not saved.

    since few users reported similar issues when saving settings I’ll prepare a version with additional debugging info in order to see where the problem is.

    The latest development version contains few fixes and additional error messages that will help us to diagnose the issue:
