Can't update articles locally
-
I just published an article with this plugin activated, and I see that it very nicely, behind the scenes, translated my article into the other languages that are enabled on my website, and automatically published those versions of the articles. Very nice.
However, while I was still on the publish page of the original article, after I hit “publish” I decided to update the CEO information (I use Yoast CEO plugin). But when I clicked on the article “Update” button I was presented with a question “Are you sure you want to do this?” And it would not let me update the article. I deactivated the plugin temporarily and went back to update the article, and now was able to update just fine. So the culprit seems to be the Lingotek plugin. This seems to be a bug that may need some looking into.
P.S. I have verified this again by re-activating the plugin, and trying to update an article. It won’t let me update the article. I have to de-activate the plugin in order to be able to update an article’s contents, CEO information, tags, featured image, etc.
