Can't update database

  • When I installed 3.0, the cms was running real slow, so I ftp’d 3.0, that didn’t work. So now I am trying to reinstall 3.0 via my admin page and it hangs up on the “upgrading database” step, giving me an error:

    anyone know what this means?
