Can’t update from 4.9.7 to 5.0.0

    Hello,

    I am currently encountering an issue when trying to update your plugin on my site.

    When I attempt to update Survey Maker plugin from version 4.9.7 to version 5.0.0, the update consistently fails with the following error message:

    Update failed: 504 Gateway Time-out 504 Gateway Time-out openresty <!– a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page –> <!– a padding to disable MSIE and Chrome friendly error page –>

    I have tried to perform this update several times, but the issue persists. Other plugins update without any problems, so it seems the error is specific to Survey Maker.

    Do you have clues on this problem ?

    Thank you for the topic.

    We checked the case by trying to upgrade from the 4.9.7 version to the 5.0.0 version and everything worked fine for us.
    Please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand the following PHP values:

    max_execution_time 600
    max_input_time 600

    Then, check the case again and let us know about the outcome.
