Can’t update host and password

Just moved my email to a new server, have tried several times to add the new credentials, they look like they have been saved, but get error message below and when trying to send a message from the website, the email doesn’t send and says there is an error. is there some way to force this change:

Seems like there are some problems with the enterd information. Please re-check & re-enter it and hit the “Save changes” button.We recently made some changes regarding how we save the username and password in the database, namely we are encrypting them, so that might be the reason for the connection error. Re-entering and saving them should solve the issue.
