    Hello,

    So I actually have the pro version, but I’m having trouble accessing my account your site. My current access is expired, but when I try to purchase plugin update access, I get an error. It says there’s an error with my transaction.

    Is payment processing currently working on your site? We really need help getting access to support and updates.

    Actually, looking through our transactions, it looks like we were charged for the upgrade, but it’s still listing us as expired.
