Can't Update Page Template

  • We had been running WordPress 3.0 for the longest time without any glitches but as of last night, our pages dropped their custom page-template settings and now it refuses to update it.

    I believe I this started happening shortly after our server maxed out on disk space. To try and resolve the issue, I deleted files and brought our disk usage back down and I upgraded to WordPress 3.1.1. The problem still continues.

    I could update everything else (title, content, slug, etc.) about the page EXCEPT for its page template. I am also still able to write new posts.

    Any thoughts?

    Oh and the page-template options show up in the drop down and it allows me to select the one I want. When I click update though, it reverts back to a blank option. It doesn’t even show “Default Template”.

    One other thing, other WordPress sites on the same server remain intact. I noticed the diskspace was full when I tried to post a photo on the WordPress site in question.

    I just noticed another problem. When I upload a photo now, thumbnail versions are generated but are not brought up using wp_get_attachment_image_src($ID, $size);

    And again, all of this was working before.
