Can’t update pages

    Hi,

    So I’ve had this problem for a while now. I can’t seem to update my site pages. I can access and edit the pages but when I preview them, the changes aren’t there. I tried what other were suggesting to do like clearing site/browser cache but to no avail. Also, when I publish a NEW page and try to edit/update that, the changes are applied/shown. I just have a problem with old pages not being updated. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

    P.S. I’m running on latest WP version (5.1).

    Hello jeywolf

    Do you remember installing any Cache related plugin?

    As you are able to manage new pages and the problem is only with the Old page it has to do something related to cache.

    Also when you edit old page and click on Publish does it show any error?

    Hi Kartik

    Thanks for helping out. I did install some cache plugins like WP Super Cache but this was AFTER I had the problem. I installed them because some say I needed to clear my site’ cache. I deleted these plugins already but still the same problem.

    As for any errors, nothing pops out.

    I also think it might be because of my site’s cache. Is there something I could do?

    Maybe any kind of theme or plugin conflict.

    Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Yeah I guess I should really try doing that. I’m a little worried it would mess my site up. Anyways, thanks for the help! I’ll get back here if all goes well.
