Cant update plugins

    Hi I have WP Casa Oslo, and it works well – but I cant update my Favourites, listing label, price converter, etc plugins even though they are all active. I get a message saying I am not authorised for the plugin update.

    thank you very much for your message and deeply sorry for the late response here.

    Lately we receive quite a few reports of this license activation issue. We’re currently checking on that and will hopefully release a fix for this as soon as possible. In the meantime you can try to enable your sites from here by clicking on “Manage Sites” on each of your license keys and adding your site URL, or direcly download the ZIP files from here and update them manually, if this would be an option for you until we’re able to fully resolve this issue.
