Cant update plugins..wont remove old plugin

    Plugin update failed.
    An error occurred while updating Flexible Posts Widget: Could not remove the old plugin.

    This is what shows up when trying to update my plugins. I am not sure what is wrong. I tried searching the blogs for a resolution but it is put in a way that I do not understand the directions to fix it.
