    Hello,

    We bought the plugin less than a month ago (AEML company).

    I’m trying to update the plugin from 1.2 to 1.4.3 on the pro version but when I do, it says :

    Update failed : Can’t create folder. digitalsignagepress/plugins/bgrins-spectrum-98454b5

    I already send an email on the pro support but no one is responding.
    I could update it manually if I had a link to a direct download but I can’t since there is no plateform to download the pro version (even the inital mail say “download link expired”).

    How do I fix this error ? I’m using W7 with XAMPP so I can’t set chmod.

    If there is no way to fix this error, how do I get the final build plugin download directly ?

    You buy the Pro version via Codecanyon, but write it in www.ads-software.com forum, why not directly to Codecanyon or by email, since we have received no email.

    Copy the complete Digitalsignagepress folder and simply replace the already existing files in your WordPress installation.

    It’s weird, I tried to contact you through your form from your website.

    I have the confirmation mail from our purchase but no account on Codecanyon, where do I need to be logged to get the current version ? Is there an email where I can contact you directly (appart from your form)?

    Edit : I saw you emailed me the exact same message so I wanted to continue by email but when I replied to [email protected], I got the error

    From what I see, we have no account from code canyon and I have no ID to log myself.
    From what I know, we directly bought your plugin through your website so we don’t recall creating any account. We did not fill any form apart from billing information.

    you should start a new topic if you want to be listen.

    To update my situation I have found no way yet of contacting the support.
    I’m really enjoying the plugin, but the support is really bad. I’ve explained my situation here and through mail. Still, no reply.

    And today the plugin is not working…

    I have no Codecanyon account and can’t get support anywhere…

    EDIT : To be clear, we paid 400$ for the plugin, this offer does not exist on Codecanyon.

    Ok, so I’ve found a workaround because support doesn’t want to reply + as technical difficulties.

    I launch the update in another tab, so that I could see the download link. Then I directly download the updated plugin and replaced it myself.

    Netherveless, I really disliked the fact that they stopped responding to me and asked me to express myself on a support where I don’t have any account.

    Great plugin but the support is bad. No question, no interest and not even a good understanding of my situation.

    Edit : Oh, and it’s not the pro version we bought, my bad, it was the ENTERPRISE one. Still, I feel like not replying is not a good practice.
