can’t update product image [WooCommerce]

    Hello Everyone,I have some problems with my Woocommerce site : . I’ve tried many time to update and set each product image but when i click update, the image will dissapear on the front of product page and also in the admin page. But the Product gallery still working. I use flatsome theme. So hope anyone can help me solve this problem.

    *my image size is 1000×1000 pixel or bigger

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Seems like you are unable to set the Product image, as they disappear from the front end, as well as the back end after updating, is that correct?

    As a first step, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Regenerate shop thumbnails – Regenerate

    Next, please clear your browser cache and then try set the product image again.

    If this makes no difference, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

    You can find this by navigating to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

    Once you have this, please share the results in your response here.
