Can’t update security

We can’t even access anything either through the wp-login or Dreamhost. We get the same insecure warning. We are totally locked out of everything.

If you can have access to FileTransferProtocol (FTP) you can add two constants to your wp-config.php file or else you can change the value directly from your database, use the first option is recommended. https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-update-security/#post-12326213

We appreciate your prompt responses but we don’t have the access to do any of that. We can’t login through WordPress nor can we get to the server through Dreamhost. We need to talk to tech support somewhere but can’t find any way to get through.

Unfortunately, if you don’t own anything, only your hosting can help you.
the login does not work, can you write the error? You are currently using an invalid ssl certificate for your domain but the login should work.

Our IT person had admin access and was able to correct much of it and return access to me. Will proceed from here. Thanks for your suggestions!
