Can't update site

  • Hello,
    Since middle of day today, I can’t do any updates on my site. I uploaded media, I created articles this morning, no problem. Suddenly, everytime I tried to create a page, update a plugin or create and article, wordpress keeps telling me “Connexion lost.”. I can access every panel section but can’t do any update on it.

    What should I do?
