Can’t update Stripe button

    Hello,

    I can’t seem to update this specific button for some reason. Customers were getting their cards declined so I added the full address option for the form. I was able to do it for the button on this page: https://deafusa.org/payment/ but not the other one: https://deafusa.org/payment2/. Here is the shortcode: [direct-stripe type=”subscription” amount=”XXXXXX” billing=”true” description=”DEAF Phone Protection 1 Year Monthly” label=”Subscribe”]. Any ideas why it’s not working?

    Hello @tobyh,

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    There has been confusion with subscriptions since Stripe converted plans as a type of Product, I am working on an update of the plugin and will try to make make it less confusing.

    Until then, the ID to be used in the amount parameter of the shortcode when using subscription type is the ID of the Pricing plan associated with a product.
    If left empty during the creation of the pricing plan, the ID looks like plan_Cv8dz6ISgXcAgf
