Can't upload

I’ve been using this plugin on my site. I haven’t had any new plugins, just running my same ol site. I can see files that have been uploaded in the past. If I place files in my directories manually, I can see it on the front end of the site, I can edit .csv’s. However, just this month if I try to upload a file, it “acts” like it’s uploading, gives me the green progress bar, but never actually uploads. Possible issue with WP upgrade? I’ve deactivated all of my plugins checking to see if it was an upgrade to any of them…..no love. How else can I troubleshoot? My site is behind our corp firewall, so no remoting in.
