Can’t upload a word docx file

I am using GoDaddy for hosting. I just uploaded Advanced File Manager and purchased the shortcode extension. I cannot upload a docx file, but I can other formats including doc files. If I sign into my GoDaddy account, and use their file manager, I have no problem uploading a docx to the site.

I have this problem with Advanced File Manager on the frontend and backend.
