• Hello,

Since recently we can’t upload no pictures anymore. When I create a new gallery (or us an existing one) I can still add files. But when I click on start upload, the images start uploading but then they stop and I get this message.

‘There was a problem uploading the file. 0 images were uploaded.’

It’s the latest version of the plugin 2.0.79
I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins and also in different browers, but the problem persists.

    Thanks in advance.

@abotimon – What has changed on your site since this last worked for you?

    Hi,

Nothing, that’s just the thing. The only think I noticed is the thing with flash. Some vulnerability, but I read the documentation and I didn’t saw any issues. I also didn’t found anyone with a similair problem.

    Thanks for the response!

I was thinking of deleting the plugin and reinstalling it but it’s on a website and it contains 14 galleries and over 640 images, and I’m guessing there’s no way to keep those if I reinstall?

I’ve also just tried to upload a image directly in a gallery with filezilla. It immediatly said fatal file transfer error. The permissions seems to be allright with everything on 755.

@abotimon – If you are not able to upload a file via an FTP client (FileZilla) and your permissions appear correct I would suggest asking your web hosting service to review your site for any potential problems.

    Hi,
First of all, thanks for the response.

I’ve tried to upload a .txt file via the FTP to the website, and even this didn’t worked. So like you said there’s a problem with the hosting.
