Can’t Upload Blockspare Pro zip file – file too large?

I have been attempting to upload and install the Blockspare Pro plugin and keep getting the error message …
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
The zip file is only 4.5 mb. Hardly seems excessive. I have no clue why this won’t install. Any suggestions?
