  • Could you please also talk to your server admin/hosting provider?

Did you also check if CURL is activated?

It is an own installation using docker. Our php-info is here: https://wordpress.hyru.tedic.org/pepe12344321234543.php

    CURL seems to be activated.

Hello there… I am trying to upload a custom icon for the Better Business Bureau as my client is a good standing member with them… But I keep getting “some errors occurred” and it isn’t showing up at all. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

@auralanoue Could you please check the faq on this? https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/faq

Hello and thank you very much for your reply. I have attempted to upload my custom icon many times and always getting the same error no matter what I try: “Some Error Occured During Upload Custom Icon.”

I have reviewed the instructions on your FAQ page:

      I cannot upload custom icons
<p>Most likely that’s because you’ve set “allow_url_fopen” to “off”. Please turn it to “on” (or ask your server admin to do so – he’ll know what to do).</p>

Then, I called my WordPress Essentials tech team with my hosting provider on that and we got it done… But, still getting the same error no matter what I try: “Some Error Occured During Upload Custom Icon.”

I am also seeing the error at the top of the admin panel:

“Error : Please fix your theme to make plugins work correctly. Go to the Theme Editor and insert the following string: <?php wp_head(); ?> Please enter it just before the following line of your header.php file: </head> Go to your theme editor: click here.”

Any additional efforts to help me would be much appreciated. Please see attached screencap. Thanks!

    Here is the client site:

Apparently, your forum won’t let me attach any screencaps… So I have links to the screencaps below for you review:

Did you also check the PHP version of your site?

If yes, then there is a site-specific issue which we cannot fix from our end (nothing to do with the plugin). Do you have any other development team who can have a look?
