Can’t Upload Files

  • Hi,

    I’ve set up the plugin and I hadn’t ever seen a place where I can upload a file. The settings are for the sale to be “completed”, but I have never gotten/seen the page where you upload files.

    Hi @taleyeh,

    Testing procedure

    Place an order as a client –> Log in to the store frontend –> Go to My Account –> Orders Page –> Select the particular Order Number go to the detailed order page, here you’d find the upload option. [In your case Admin has to mark the order as completed, because you’ve set the settings to be completed]
