Can’t upload files.

I bought this webpage recently. Approximately 5 months.

I have permissions for upload images, but from one day to another, no longer. The message from this error: “The file can’t be move to /wp-content/uploads/”. Is this a bug? What can i do? I can’t contact with wordpress because they don’t have any mail, just a forum in “.org” but my wordpress is “.com”

So i need support directly from wordpress to fix this. Please help.
