Can't upload image?

Hi,
Your plugin seems to be the perfect solution, but it isn’t saving uploaded images.
I tried to upload an old version from this post:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-category-meta-plugin-the-image-meta-is-not-being-saved?replies=23but it didn’t work.
Any ideas?
