• Hello,

I am having troubles uploading a profile picture even from my admin account. My website is lebscout.com
I go to the user dashboard, edit profile, and try to “upload new image” under profile picture but when I click on this nothing happens.
I am very new to all of this so I don’t know anything about coding I am sorry.
In the installation process you provide you mention activating the plugin then placing this <?php get_cupp_meta($user_id, $size); ?> in the templates.
I didn’t do the last thing. In which template should I place this?
Is my problem related to that? please help me solve this

    Best

    Hello lebscout,
Sorry for the delayed response. Were you able to get this working. The latest version of this does not require using the code snippet as long as your theme supports WordPress avatars.

As for the media uploader not opening, this could be a multitude of issues including browsers, WordPress version, other plugins or your theme.

The typical protocol for this is to disable your theme and other plugins and see if this plugin works, then one by one activate your theme and other plugins to find the culprit.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

I am having the same issue. I installed the plugin and am able to see the upload option when I edit a user, but the upload button does nothing when I click on it. I did install this plugin on a multi-site install. Could that be the issue?

Unfortunately I cannot deactivate the themes and plugins to troubleshoot this issue because the site is live, but I will update if I find a solution.

I did have this plugin working great on a dev version of the site, but the dev version was not multisite.

    Thank you!
    Kasia

I got the same problem. External URL works. Upload simply nothing happens.
I am using Twenty Sixteen – can’t be this problem, right?
    Wordpress is the latest 4.7.
Your plugin is Version: 0.5.1 (no newer one, right?)

    Any help?

    Hello @kasiamcm and @sexilyspeaking

I just tested this with WordPress 4.7.X and the current plugin version 0.5.1 and it is working as intended. Can you provide some more info on the hosting environment, PHP version, and any relevant plugins you have installed that might be causing this.

Additionally, If you could disable all the other plugins and let us know if the plugin works for you. Then you can begin to activate them one by one to find which one it is conflicting with.
