Cant Upload Image After Update Wordpres 5.5.1

  • After updating to WordPress 5.5.1 I can’t upload images either via media, posts. The details of the error are as follows: “The post-processing of the image failed probably because the server is busy or does not have sufficient resources. Uploading smaller images can help. The maximum recommended size is 2500 pixels. ”
    Information:
    1. The image uploaded is only 30 Kb in size
    2. Resolution is only 300 X 500 Pixels
    3. This error occurs on all my wordpress sites.
    Repair efforts that have been made:
    1. Deactivate all plugins
    2. Changing the PHP version
    3. Reinstall wordpress
    4. the hosting party
    However, all of that did not produce results. Please find a solution. thanks.

    Have you also tried switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins)?
