can't upload image for custom background

  • Hi,
    I am unable to upload a jpeg image on my computer as a custom background — my theme is twenty ten. My host is fatcow.
    I know it’s not my computer because I have a blog at wordpress.com and I can easily upload the jpeg image using the same theme.

    Can someone please help me?
