Can’t upload image from smartphone

    Hello, I can upload a picture from a computer, but when visiting the same website from a smartphone, it says that upload failed.

    Why? what could I do?

    an upgrade of the thread:

    it’s very strange. From Computer I can upload. From Tablet (android) I can upload, from smartphone (android) the upload fails immediately.

    Do you have ideas?

    I however don’t have at the moment android device to test but tested on iphone and uploading images was working fine. I could upload it without problem.

    What exact device you have? What browser are you using there and what was image format you try to upload?

    Can you make a screenshot of that error?

    I have LG-G2 with Android 4.4.2 the file format of the picture is PNG

    It just says: Failed to open selected file

    But using for example a Samsung tablet, it works properly.

    I’m super sorry I missed your answer in this thread! I tested now on my Android and I could not replicate issue ??

    But I found this thread https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/chrome/aJWLGrahJbI/jH9rjtDgCQ0J that points to Android and Chrome not our plugin. Take a look on that thread some users posted there possible solution for that problem.
