CAnt upload Image in WordPress

Hi, I am trying to upload an image in WordPress. I tried to upload by dragging dropping, also by uploading file, i also tried to write a new post and tried uploading image from there itself, it just gives an error that Theres an eror
The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2014/12.

Please help resolve
