Can`t upload images

    my client isn`t able to upload images in any library. Problems exists since updating to WP 4.0.

    Message: Upload complete. 0 images were uploaded.

    @ben Berger – Those server settings appear fine (although you might look at raising the limits if possible). Can you provide any additional details about the problem?

    A link to the site may show something in the page source … what troubleshooting steps have you already taken?

    Hello, Id’ like to add my personal experience that seems to like alike @ben Berger. On top of that, I now can’t add automatically a link to a gallery when I write a new topic. My workaround was to copy-paste from an existing article and just change the gallery number.
    But now I can’t add new galleries, and I have no workaround for that.
    I just switched WP to 4.1 and upgraded NextGen and it used to work like a charm before that. All other plugins deactivated and basic theme enabled. Would you also need my php/mysql config ?

    Sorry abaout the delay.

    The site is:

    First, I choose a picture to upload to a existing galerie. Then, the status bar shows the uploading process. After the status bar reaches 100%, this message pops up:

    Upload complete
    0 images were uploaded

    @ben Berger – Have you tried using something other than the “Default” WordPress Permalinks structure? We often recommend “Post name” or “Month and name” as better alternatives.
