    Hi

    I am unable to upload images to my multi vendor site.

    This used to work fine but does not now.

    All plugins are deactivated except

    woocommerce
    wc-vendors
    wc-vendors-pro

    If I switch themes the upload works. It is specifically the way the theme and the wc-vendors-pro plugin interact.

    There seems to be some glitches with this plugin and this theme. Would you be able to have a look if I gave you logon details?
    This is a great theme and I would hate to fall at the last hurdle, when trying to get my site live.

    Kind regards

    Same issue. I could upload images last night. Can’t today. Never had this problem. Tried various formats.

    Did you try to clear cache?

    I hadn’t done but I have now.

    Still lost function to upload. I wonder if it is to do with the wordpress update yesterday. or some other conflict with this plugin. There are a couple of other issues I’m trying to get sorted on different topics.

    regards

    Did anyone get back to you about this rdellconsulting?

    Whilst I am convinced this is more to do with the wordpress update, if I switch theme it all seems to work. This is genuinley above my head and it is literally hurting with this.

    I also thought there would be more user with the same problem and their would be some other release to fix it, but there hasn’t been.

    any ideas?

    Hello,
    not able to reproduce this issue with wc-vendors :/
    wc-vendors-pro is a premium plugin so I don’t have the chance to test it.

    im just trying to debug now to see if its anything obvious i’ve missed. more than happy to give you a logon if you’ve got the time to have a look?

    technically when I think about it, it may be better if you just went to the site and just registered as a user and tried to upload. it’s probably better if you did that as the admin uses the site differently.

    if you go to housetidy.co.uk and register as a seller, it will automatically approve you. if you then try to add a product and upload an image it won’t let you.

    let me just switch a few things back and try if you dont mind

    Hello,
    I did the registration as seller on your site, and I can see the issue.
    I’m not able to understand the reason though, there’s an error in the chrome console, but I’m not sure it’s related to that issue.
    Sorry but without having access to the sources I’m not able to help .. ??

    apologies I had to fly out to work earlier and was up ladders all day so haven’t had a chance to reply.

    How do I post a private log details on here?

    You simply cannot due to the wp.org forum rules.

    Anyway thinking more about that… it might be related to this:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wp45-jquery-update-and-table-styles-issue
    and this ticket:
    https://core.trac.www.ads-software.com/ticket/36533

    Can you test if adding the following to your custom css (clearing then both your server side and browser’s caches) makes any difference?

    table {
      border-collapse: initial;
    }

    body table {
      border-collapse: collapse;
    }

    I just did a fresh install, and cannot upload images, getting this error: An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    did a fresh install of 4.4 and had no issues

    Hello faridin,
    is this happening in the front or in the dashboard?
    This topic is for a specific issue happening in front with the plugins stated here

    Your issue seems to be different and unrelated to them, would you mind opening a new topic after having disabled your plugins so you’re sure the issue regards the theme itself?

    @nofski
    look that in your custom css (box) you have a CSS error which is preventing the rules suggested above to be taken in account:

    .adsense {
    float:left;
        padding-top: 10px;
        padding-right: 10px;
        padding-bottom: 0px;
        padding-left: 0px;

    .offers-for-woocommerce-make-offer-button-id-1263 {visability: hidden!important;}

    basically you’re not closing the brace of the
    .adsense{
    ‘block’

    Close that before .offers-for-woocommerce ..
    otherwise you cannot actually test it.

    Ok the css allows for file upload

    however I am getting a http error now.

    I previously had that error before and it was something to do with my ssl and when I configured it right, It went away. I have just disabled it but this error is still happening.

    I have to go out and have not been able to do any other checks yet.

    I really appreciate your help, I am slightly concerned about having to add css in to get stuff to work & it doesnt make full sense to me yet.

    If you would like logon access email me at [email protected] and I will get you added on.

    kind regards
