Hi, thank you for this great plugin!

But I’m having a problem uploading items to my site. I uploaded the images to my site, and I read here in your forum support that you say that the images should be downloaded and re-uploaded in order to apply to the items. So, as you can see in the following image, the uploading process always has error and stop at the item 160 or 36%:

Yes, I tested the batch option, at first to 20, then to the default 10 and then I reduced to 5, and the result is always the same. I’m using the gogeek plan from siteground:

And apparently it should be enough powerful to do this task. They told me that yes, this problem has a relation with the hosting but it’s also the way your plugin process these images. They send me this error that they can see:

    2022-12-19 11:41:05.614088 [Mon Dec 19 11:41:05.614031 2022] [core:error] [pid 24330] [client 148.72.172.142:12148] End of script output before headers: admin-ajax.php, referer: https://www.mysite.com/ls-admin/admin.php?page=wt_import_export_for_woo_basic_import

And they also increased the DynamicTimeout for the same script?admin-ajax.php?from 600 to 800 in the same .htaccess of my application:

And the problem persist exactly the same. What can I do? I think that a good solution or helpful option could be not to upload the images to my own site. But I don’t know a better way to do it. It’s not helpful that the images have to be re-processed. I was very sure that uploading them to ftp they will be used directly, but it seems that this is not the case.

And I cannot use any other platform like dropbox, mega, or drive to upload the images because these services weren’t made to do this type of task with your plugin.

So.. I’ll appreciate any useful reply, help, or solution!

    Thank you for your help,

    Regards

Hi again, I think that I detected the problem. It seems that my server or your software can’t handle more than 9 images per item. It always stop at 160 because the next items (161, 162, 163, etc) have more than 9 images. I removed the other images and It worked fine.

So, what can I do to always be able to upload items with more than 9 images?

    Thank you for your help,

Wrong.. the error isn’t caused for the quantity of images.. so I’m still investigating..

    Hi @romonoutic,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

It seems like the issue you are facing is due to server timeout when importing the images. If you have the image files with you then can you please upload those image files to the media library section of your site by drag and drop and then add just the image name in the CSV file instead of the complete image URL and check if it’s importing?
