Can’t upload images from iPhone

As for Samsung S8, i tested with my own Android device, but it seems to be working properly?

When the upload is working properly after clicking OK you should see an image being uploaded (that is a square below gallery with a spinning icon).

Thanks. I asked someone else with an Android to test and it worked. No luck on iphone though.

Hi Greg, through trial and error it isn’t related to the phone, it’s file size. Larger files (around 4MB) don’t upload but smaller ones (around 1MB) are OK.

With the larger ones it doesn’t even try. No spinning thing at all.

Would this be a server configuration?

I found how to raise the file upload limit through my hosting provider and it’s working now. The limit was only 2MB.
