When I try to upload an image to start creating a slide, the next error appears:

“Image could not be moved from TMP to “wp-content/uploads/”, please check permissions”

I tried giving all the permissions to the wp_content folder via hosting and FTP (filezilla) and the same with the uploads folder, but doesn’t seem to work.

Would really appreciate if someone could help me.

    Thank you everyone?

  • Hi Kibrael, have you given recursive permission to all inner folder of wp-content/uploads/ folder?

Thank you for replying pdobariya. Yes, they all have chmod 777. I’ve been investigating further and think is because the secure mode of PHP is avtivated in the hosting. Could this be causing the problem?
    Regards?

Are you using plugin’s latest version, Are you uploading image as administrator?

Could you check the size of the image file,
    Maximum upload file size: 8MB

Hello Pdobariya, sorry for answering so late, i’ve got my finals in Uni ?? The problem was that the PHP secure mode was activated in the hosting. I’ve changed that setting and it’s working perfectly now ??
Thank you for everything and I hope this information is useful for someone else ??
