Can't Upload pictures, missing "Add New" button and browser crashes

  • I am in a serious problem and would appreciate any fast help because this is now affecting my work for tomorrow. I can no longer add new pictures in my posts using the add new picture button, add new media tab or any other method. When i go to add a new picture it opens up the flash window but the button for select file seen here https://lookingoutfromunder.com/wp-content/assets/addanimage.jpg Does not show up. Then my browser (Chrome) crashes and I cannot get it to work even with browser or system reboots. Everything else on the site seems to be working fine.

    Also to note the problem seems to be only with Chrome, I just tried IE and that works but I would much rather use Chrome.
