Can’t upload the plugins

I’ve completely wiped out a site. Fresh install. No other plugins installed because I deleted the default plugins. I try to go to the library to get my templates from another website and what happens. Looks like Ajax goes into white screen of death. I tried backdating the plugin, same thing. It’s so frustrating when your trying to work and 6 people are waiting for your work, on the clock. HELP

I don’t understand why there is a need for 2 elementor plugins. I have the pro version at 1.4.2. The problem was the new version of the free elementor. When I rolled back the free version of elementor to 1.4.10 it works flawlessly.
