Can’t Upload the videos & can’t edit the gallery

    I am using the free version of TS video gallery. I already upload the 23 videos on my site. I can’t upload the video & can’t edit the video gallery since last week. Can please you solve this problem as soon as possible?

    Sorry. But we are testing and do not see a problem. You said that after adding 23 videos you can not add more videos. But there are 27 videos on your site.

    Could you please provide us with the following information so we can assist you further?

    Could you share more details about what exactly isn’t working?
    What are your current PHP and WordPress versions?

    Do you have any caching or optimization plugins activated?

    Could you record a short video demonstrating the issue?

    wordpress version: 6.6.2

    no we don’t activate the cache plugin

    Can you see. What problem do you get when you click on Update?
    Please click on f12 and see what problem it shows.
